Earl Smith Class: 2009 Henderson County 4-H was greatly enriched by having Earl Smith as a 4-H Agent for twenty years, and as a 4-H volunteer for more than 32 years. Earl's love is leadership and citizenship development through 4-H Demonstrations, Clubs and Camp. Under his guideance, Henderson County 4-H'ers found success in Public Speaking, Project and Cumulative Records, Livestock Shows and Dairy Judging. They attribute their success in life to their strong foundation developed by Earl Smith and their 4-H experience.
